Kingdom Crash - Collaboration with EYEJ & Fullerton

Kingdom Crash is an educational board game that revolves around the theme of conflict resolution. What are some positive and negative ways we solve problems in our daily lives? And how do these resolutions affect us? I asked middle school students from Fullerton Middle School in Cleveland, OH these questions and created this board game with their experiences in mind. Together, we came up with game mechanics and illustrations, which were turned into cards for the game. The final product was presented at Fullerton Middle School in May 2018. This was made during an internship with EYEJ: Empowering Youth, Exploring Justice, a non-profit organization in Cleveland seeking to improve social justice education in Ohio.
